So an Imprezza kit involves a godawful front bumper with huge fog lights in it does it?. Bet he fools loads of people with that.

I shouldn't laugh, my nephew has my wifes old one of those, and although he hasn't gone to them lengths, he has still spent about 8 times the cars worth on cr@p.

Might have pee'ed him off the other day, he was all happy that he had a remote locking kit off Ebay, I shot it down in seconds. Fully knowing the answer I said 'when you lock your car from the passenger door does it lock the drivers door too or do you have to manually do it?' His answer was, 'Er......manually do it, so what?'. It then took 5 minutes to explain why he needs an extra solenoid put into the drivers door.

Plus he spent a fortune lowering it, it didn't look any different.

And my favourite thing so far, he has just inherited a V6 from a Cavalier, and in his words 'it drops straight in, i'll have it done in a weekend!!!!!' (He works in Halfords changing bulbs so this is well within his capabilities, even though I had to change his sisters w/pump on her Astra as it was too big a job for him)

God I love being a grumpy old man!!!!!
