Anyone with epc can tell me what these are? LA not listed on tc web site. Although there is no ident no listed on the self levelling springs, only a p no. So could be sl.
Just need to confirm the spec. Ta.

Not listed in EPC against Omega
-
Are you sure its LA, no sign of LA in my EPC
-
omega listed as :
LG, LH, LP, LS, LC, LU, LW, DY, LJ, LQ, LT, KY, LK, LR, LX

Defo LA.
Now at the oxford meet, my car sits higher front and back than all the other 4 cars here. Ride seems firmer which is good.

Changed my self levelling dampers today and I am fairly certain that my springs are marked LA. I was going to take a pic but forgot.......
-
Not under vectra, signum, or any othe model listing springs on tc... :-/
Unless they are some aftermarket jobs, cant see any other markings, either.
-
Given the cost of genuine springs I wonder if these 'LA' springs are pattern parts? perhaps fitted by an independent garage at MOT time :-/
-
I've got some history somewhere, dont recall mention of springs though. :-/
I'll check.
-
I had some ex police ones that are still laying around ...will have a check. They had my car set higher but as your with a fimmer ride. I will have a check for you later. So do you think they could be ex police ones :question and as such not on TC.
-
I think the Police springs are just standard MV6 sports ones which are listed. TIS even lists springs for cars with armour plating so I would have thought pretty much all is covered. Unless of course its non OEM.
-
Yes, police etc covered.
possibilities as I see it..
1, Aftermarket part
2, Vauxhall 'other car' part
3, Omega part, no longer listed on current EPC for some reason, superceeded are listed, but an ommission wouldnt shock me.
-
I have two sets of "LA" springs on cars, both self-levelling Estate.

at last we get to the answer :y
(according to EPC they should be LR or LK)
-
Posted a thread a week or ago about this (Chris knows)
Have just checked mine again , these are fairly new & are clearly marked L A in white .white paint with a line under
the reason for my original post was it seems my car is riding high at the back.
