England might regret missing those two sitters in the first half.  ::)

Here we go again.  >:(
Was always going to happen, and Croatia deserved it.
Yep True, plus same old, complacency always seems to kick in in the second half.  ::)

They seem to have lost the will to live now, let alone play football.

England still have 2 more matches to play, tonight and the weekend, the real question is which day over the weekend, the 3pm on Saturday or the 4pm on Sunday.  :-X

Saturday then  >:( :(

Croatia have let me down a bit as I've been upsetting all the football types I've spoken to today by saying they'd win 2-0 and when I turned computer on a short while ago it was still playing with a score line of 2-1.

England came out in the second half and played like the shit England teams we have all got use to over the last 20 years or so.
Up to then they looked as good as any other team in the tournament. Bizarre.  :-\

If you look at our path to the semis, we really didn't play anyone of note. The other semi finalists knocked out teams like Brazil and Uruguay.

After 48 years of many different combinations of monkeys and typewrites we are still no nearer than 1990. :(

Will be interesting to see how England perform in the Euros in two years time. The standard of the teams seems to be higher in that tournament. Still, was an exciting ride while it lasted. Well done lads. :y

It seems my prediction for the quarters came true for the semi final.  :'(

However.....

Had I said a month ago that England would reach the Semi Finals of the World Cup, you'd have all laughed like drains.  ;)  So well done England, and to be honest they got beaten by the better team on the night.  :y

At least they didn't get dumped out on penalties!  ::)

Croatia have literally failed to impress me all tournament. Watch them beat france in a boring display of football. On another note well done England for such a vast improvement on previous tournaments of which this was a weird tournement especially with the introduction of VAR
