The first picture is of the nurse who calculates your BMI and insists that you, who with a lot of effort might lose 5kg, is obese and will die waddling out to your car. After she's emptied another inhaler for enough breath for such a long sentence.

Looks very much like silicone sealant to my eyes.

A tube full of this up the back passage may prove to be an inexpensive cure for diarrhoea, and discourage men who like boys bottoms rather too much. :)
