I personally would pop a note through all the neighbours doors saying the council are re-surfacing the road on such and such a date and could all residents please ensure all cars are away on this date.

Actually I have been in Liverpool today all day. I have done my back in big-time. I am just breaking out the pethadine, which is second only to morphine. I will be off here for the rest of tonight and most of tomorrow as a result guys.
