Omega General Help / Front coil spring sizes???

Hello all, I’m after a new set of decent front springs, my old springs measure 360mm, when looking at some online sites some say left and right are different in height? Is this true? I’m swaying just to go with 360mm on both sides, also can anyone suggest where I can get Sachs springs from or equivalent versions? Cheers all

Doh I’ve just managed to break this wire and need help to identify what it is pls

I cant seem to add a pic but looking in-front of the car on the timing cover you have the plastic wire carrier, on the left hand side above the aux pulley the connector is there and looks like is goes near the alternator X25XE engine.

If you look on eBay item number 384477700791 picture 1, you’ll see that I mean thanks all

Hi people, bought a keyless entry as my fob stopped working, I have figured out the opening and closing for the central locking, does anyone know what colour the boot wire is from the locking module on the driver side footwell?

Omega General Help / Crank sensor wiring diagram

Evening all
Got a slight issue with my car. Stalling at junctions and traffic lights. Checked fault code and was showing crankshaft sensor fault. Replaced sensor and fault code still present/won’t clear. Does anyone have a wiring diagram for the crankshaft sensor circuit so I can confirm if it’s a sensor fault or wiring/ecu fault?

Ok so I’m reverting cams from 3.0 back to 2.5 ones and I didn’t mark the notch of number 2 and 3 camshaft sprockets  does anyone know what position the notch should be when fitting back the sprockets?? Everything else is mark up

Hi all key fob stopped working got a new central locking unit, numbers matched up to the old unit and it worked a treat for like a week. Done the paper clip test and it's showing wrong immobiliser code is this releated? And how can the fob be fixed lights all Woking on the fob n it's all held together ok tried to sync the key from the ignition too no luck  hellllppppp lol

Hi guys, MOT is soon and I know my rear diff bushes are kaput, looked on ebay for poly resin, just want to know what strength I should buy thanks

Hi guys needs some advice, Ive put on the 3.0 plenum onto a 2.5 and the accerator and cruise cable are a bit tight....do I need new cables and the bracket that holds then in???

Omega General Help / F up diff nut turns... Help!!!!

Hi guys changed the diff seal on my v6 yesterday...counted 11 turns drove it after work and they is a nasty noise from the diff. I know I counted 11 turns....anybody know of the torque setting if any for the diff pinion nut or is it f up now???
