I think he forgot a covering for the unit? Don't think I'd want to stand out in the rain stripping off my leathers.. Not sure about the condensation problem either, sited against the warm house, and then the cold air outside, not to mention possibly wet leathers being stored inside the unit??? Not good for a bike.
