Digging the topic out sorry that i disappeared. No i don't own a JEEP,i own a Daihatsu and i am proud of it because i made up something uncommon and unique :y :y

Pics here:

And 2 vids

So now i want more power! After a lot of research on internet and countless hours of reading i decided to supercharge my engine..
I am currently speaking with a tuner and a mechanic who i trust and came to the conclusion that:

1) I need stand alone ecu(many use Go-tech cause of Jamsport or Dicktator) We will use DTA s60 and make a plag n play fuse from the oem 55pin to the one for the DTA
2)We will delete the oil/water cooler and install an external oil/air( i read that are prone on failure and also helps coolant flow)
3)Use a crankshaft from the 3.2 (it isn't from cast iron like the one in 3.0,will stroke up the engine to 3.1 and will give us more torque at lower rpm which is ideally for off road vehicles)
4)Forged Conrods H beam at OEM dimensions(propably custom because i cannot find rifle peened..damn that block doesn't even have oil squirters :/ )
5)Forged pistons reducing compression to 9:1 or 9.5:1 (propably custom also or we will use from c20let and machine down the valve pockets and 1mm the whole piston)
6)(Here is the good part) Eaton M112 came off a jaguar v8...it has a swept volume of 1835cc so it has huge potential! :D :D
7)Custom Exhaust manifolds
8)Adjustable FPR
9)Custom lightweight crank pulley
10)Custom overdrive coolant pump pulley
11)Top Mount Intercooler

We still have to decide about injectors, fuel rails, clutch disc and valve springs

P.S. Sorry for any grammar mistakes as dbug said English is not my primary language  :y :y

Hey Varche

Np about clutch!I will start a new thread in the gallery section thx!I found about second fly...it's for the "dual ram" thing so I will delete it as the one before main TB flies. My opinion about engines is the simpler=the better!

Well I sent the flywheel to Athens in a workshop that makes custom clutch plates and discs and he made one for me with 228mm diameter that fits Rockys clutch shaft..if that one fails i have to send him again the flywheel so he can make one upgraded like 6pad or 4pad. :y

Question:In the back of the plenum there is something like TB fly that runs with vacuum any idea why is that for?I am thinking of deleting it also! :D

Thank you all guys!! :y
Varche I disabled the black plastic thing that sends oil vapors in front of TB flies and into the plenum I did not close the entire system because it would blow the cover gaskets as you said (btw when I bought the omega these lines where stucked by oil and dirt so gaskets where blown and I had to replace them)now everything is clean once for all  :) :) :) I will take a photo to see what I did.
About gearbox yeap it will handle it(it's from Daihatsu Rocky) but I have some doubts about clutch  :-\ Future will show.. u can never know for something that never made before! :)

Here is a vid,I took it today :D first test http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6iLjxxLbVls

Pics are here! :)

Ready for strip down

and after 1 hour the engine is out

Then we took out air con compressor because there wasn't enough space in Feroza,EGR was disabled are removed, made service ,oil breathers disabled and we placed an oil catch tank.

So 1st problem that appeared was the flywheel we need one for manual gearbox after one week of searching we found one of c20xe engine, second problem that appeared was the missmatch of bolting the gearbox on the engine so we cutted it and weld it  ;D

And here is one pretty recently with the engine mounted :D :D

More are coming!! :D

P.S.Sorry for the big post  :-\
