Finished work on Friday morning, slept till 7pm, awake til 5 am, dragged up at 11am, slept all afternoon, awake till 3am, up at 12 for breakfast and back to bed. Up just now to take the dog out...
Likely back to sleep about 2, then back at work tomorrow evening
Aye, understood, but given my normal sleep issues, need to get back to normality before I go back to work.
Was in bed and asleep by 9 last night, and awake and up by 10 this morning. That should do it
