I generally recommend ETS or Eternal exhausts, and use them myself.

I have bought back boxes and cat back systems from them and never had a problem. Very good for the price.  :y

Errr this is what I suggested before, but was deemed to expensive.

Buy the mid section as well, as before it will be £70 cat back.

It will be a pig to seperate the back box from mid section, make life easier replace cat back. Quicker to fit, will last longer.

The photo in the test section suggests he has already seperated it.  ;)

The e.t.s. exhaust that I ordered was actually sent from High Town Road in Luton,,,,fitted very well and after 2 years was still great when I sold the car,, :y

can also be a pig to put a new back box on the old mid section on a v6 anyway.  with hindsight and taking oof advice I wish i'd replaced both at the same time as I did first time I changed an exhaust on the mig.

TBH, with the V6 exhaust, if one section has failed, the other sections won't be far behind.

I always recommend changing all 3 sections together, and what I always do (except on TBE, which has Irmscher stainless backbox, obviously).

I tried to order from ETS earlier on but the website wouldn't co-operate with me so I ordered elsewhere.

Any update? Are you done fitting your new exhaust? I'm just curious about the sound.

I recently fitted an eternalcar central and rear sections to my 3.2. They fitted well and are very quiet.
