Centre of Swindon, about 4pm, my Octavia said outside 40C  :o :o

All my customers were loving the chill inside the car.....set to 16C, recirc on....so the aircon didn't have to work flat out  :y

That isn't a true reading. It has to be in shade. It has never been hotter than 39 since records began in Britain I believe

Aren't we a contrary species?All winter we complain of the cold and dark and can't wait for summer.Summer arrives we complain it's too hot and try to find some shade to hide from the sun!!!Me? been outside in it all day and loving it,even though at work.
