The fun beginsI had seperate smart meters fitted a while back, since then they have stopped communicateing. 3 times they have made appontments to change them, all appointments cancelled due to the fact I was billed seperately and not duel fuel billing.
To correct this I arranged to change to duel fuel billing, it was explained this could only be completed if the meters were read and the bills brought up to date.
So 1st May payment sent of £175.00 for electric.
9th May meters read
9th Elec in credit by £ 92.72
Gas in credit £ 66.00
9th. Combined balance £333.72
Added £16.28 = £350.00
Electric smart meter fitted on 12th. issue fitting Gas so still waiting to complete.
Credit balance of £350.00 12th AM, close of day was £500.32 in
ARREARS.Been billed again on 29th and am now £631.27 in
ARREARS. (without any meter readings posted by EON.
I Think thier computer is having a hissy fit.
Bearing in mind I was in credit for both accounts this is just Mondays new accounts.
