Lakes Meet 08
« on: 18 February 2008, 20:59:00 »

I've had some interest in organising another get together on the anniversary of last years successful event.

Let's start of gently with a poll of suitable dates and then we'll start a rolling list when it gathers speed.

Last year was in early June ........

Site yet to be confirmed but I'll pay the owner of Burns Farm a visit and promise her that Guy will pay double this year if it helps secure the site  ;)

I have modified the poll so you can vote for more than one option.  It would make the most popular option, well, the most popular??   :P

Seperate, I would think.  Whilst lots on here recon I have a Jekyll and Hyde personality, I would like to attend both but not simultaneously and at the same time, if you follow.....   ;)

Another lakes meet sounds great, most weekends are ok for me given enough notice. If we go to Burns farm again can you ask her to cut the bloody grass in the field next door for the England v Scotland OOF footy match ::) and can you also ask her if it would be ok if we didn't have to be in bed at 10:30 ;) ;D

I promise I won't keep doing 2 footed tackles on Markie (until I got knackered and had to sit in goal  :-[).

Actually, scrub that, thats a promise I can't make ;D
