Oh no.
Lorry drivers perhaps. Looks like a tricky repair on the rear wing.
Yea, I think the rear wing really tells the future of the car.
Might be worth a word with Robseymv6 as he's replaced a rear wing on an Estate iirc. Involved cutting and welding/spot welding, while supporting the roof of the car.
Might well be worth buying it back if its written off...? Either for repair or parts.
Dont let them take it off you though. Either for storage or any other reason. Bad things happen in storage, either further damage, bits go missing, or it's not unknown for them to loose the car altogether.
Cars not going anywhere Chris. It belongs to me, moi, mine.
Im not convinced an insurance claim is financially viable tbh, no third party to claim against means me paying my excess, losing my NCB, then paying for the repair / them getting there money back in increased premiums over the next few years
Car is effectively a Write Off, due to its age, so it will end up as a Cat something if if done though insurance, devauling it even further.
Otherwise known as a Lose, Lose and Lose situation.
