The TV station PBS America[if you receive it]do some very good programmes.I've been watching some on the Nuremburg trials which are done using part dramatic reconstruction and part archive footage of the time.
I saw their programmes on the American civil war and the Vietnam war , very good programmes , the episode showing the last few days of the Vietnam war was shocking , absolute chaos  :(

No, go and ask people in Greece,Cyprus, Portugal, Spain, Italy, Ireland etc about the austerity measures imposed on their countries by the EU.  ::)

Ironically those who like to wail and knash their teeth over austerity in this country, tend to be remainers as well.  Go figure....  ;D
