Aaron.....you look the spitting image of a nightclub bouncer I used to know. Rarely saw him without blood on his shirt. :)

In contrast.. I don't think I've ever been in a fight! ;D

Took a little time last night to put the passenger seat in (sat that side, too, but I didn't make any brum noises this time) and wiper arms & blades on (which still need a little 'adjusting' to park parallel to the bottom of the screen).

Washer bottle to stow somewhere, next, and wiring loom to connect it all up. A set of roll hoops arrived today, and the heater is coming soon.. now if only the engine builder would reply to me.

Here's a little bit of nostalgia for you, then, involving that very car: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QaGb7N7Yx3I :)

The car was from 1965. The 'F' plate in the British registration from 1967/8......presumably when it was converted to RHD.

Valuation?.......probably even more than you could afford. ::)

Yeah, I did chuckle at the "£150 to £200,000" valuation - I saw a genuine 427 for sale at Goodwood for $1.7m..

Ordered a pair of Eicher front brake discs and pads for the 3.2, for £49.48.

Can't grumble at that price, from TheBoy's favourite supplier  ;D

I love the yellow 427 that used to race at goodwood. Run by team Hairy Canary iirc.  ;D

If I ever did a new kit, I’d go yellow with black stripes and Halibrands  :y

they'll be fake. So you'll actually receive a plastic gnome, two chocolate teapots and a goldfish ;D

Doesn't matter with tunnie. In fact I'm surprised he needs new ones, unless they have rusted away through non-use.

As for my favourite supplier, 50% success rate this week.  The pollen filter was 2nd hand, but the rear wiper fitted fine :y.  Doesn't actually wipe the glass, but that's not ECP or Vistapros fault ;D
