My Omega sold and I now own another car (NOT AN OMEGA)
« on: 27 December 2011, 22:58:26 »

After my Omega's faithful reliable time with me I sold it. 2001 X Reg 114k Miles, Sold for £1950 after some bartering on the price down from £2250 and used the money to buy myself a Galaxy Mk2 Cheap.

I don't have a bad word to say about my Omega and will sadly miss it. But well happy with the sale price!!!

Less than a week ago you ordered a HBV?

Why go to the hassle of chav'ing up the rear lights, lip spoiler if you just keep a car for 5 minutes?  ???

He will have to go some to make it a "1 off"  ;D

Some chavy headlights and a factory fit spoiler is not going to cut it on a Ford forum!  ;D ;D

You did well there. Unless it had ridiculously low mileage £1950 is at least £1000 more than it would normally be worth. ::)

Or to put it another way, I bought my 2.2 CD in 2005 which had 84k miles on it then, for £2.7k

Someone clearly either had too much money or two few brain cells  ::)
