Is the scuttle in the same side R/L hand drive cars. I do not understand how to get contact with HBV without removing it. Concerning "Water Tight" scuttle I always put some sealant (silicon paste) around wiper axles to prevent water going through. Now all OK, no leakage and system filled like Nick W proposed except I never "put the tools away, they are around...


I work in the street outside my house, so that's not an option.
