only have coil springs as yet all the rest will be coming back next week, also waiting for the whole back end coming back from powder coaters. so be busy rebuilding

when I get the rest back and on I will take more pics.

Woow...looks beauty!  :y Wasn't the chroming harmful for the condition of spring? Doesn't it loose any of its flexibility?  ???

once springs are chromed they have to be heat treated to remove hydrogen embrittlement. if it isn't done, when spring is compressed for fitting it could shatter or even when driving under load

thanks mate in sunlight it looks nice. that's what happens when you watch American hotrod, that's the inspiration for it. got all the back end back from coaters today. will rebuild tonight and get pics on. should get chrome back tomorrow then onto the next idea for engine. does anyone have a x30xe in their car? got the engine in a jig in the garage and needing angles so I can set up the hoses
