Replaced both D1s bulbs in the Saab today, one had started to flicker so as its bumper off (easy) to remove headlamps I did both anyway, massive improvement in light output and I thought they were good before !

Discovered what happens on an EV as the range converges on zero  ;D ;D ;D
Only you can't do the walk of shame with a fuel can....

It actually didn't stop.

It did turn off heating, audio and other 'lesser' functions and implement a power limit which allowed me to get the final 4 miles to work. My own fault, had plenty of range but, overused the power at every traffic light ;D
Ah, so you only did a half arsed job of running out ;D. I see I could teach you how to do such things properly  ::)

I think I might have mentioned to you before, if you think a Landrover is not the best (offroad car), you probably don't understand its capabilities.

Never ever thought that I would buy a Land Rover, but got to admit I absolutely love it  can't fault it at all & this diesel V8 is superb.

It gets loads of abuse and I track it too ;D but I built it 18 months ago using Evo9 pistons and rods polished crank new upgraded mains ends ect blah blah...20G billet wheeled turbo moates ostrich ecu setup, mapped to around 420bhp this is the second time I rebuilt it I’ve had it ten years it didn’t get hot as it went on top of the hill I only had to cruise down to my house. But it’s the same hill the omega blew the head gaskets on :o good job I was a the top ;D
