SL rear springs
« on: 23 April 2014, 20:51:22 »

Was hoping somebody might be able to answer this for me. One of my rear springs has snapped so i had a look at the old paperwork i received with the car and found a invoice showning two rear springs part number 90487520. i have had a look around but the only ones i can see are for omegas upto 2000. I have looked at the springs and can only see lh0806 written on them. Question are these correct for my car.

Thinking further since pm's, does it matter? Is it more important to fit the ones you want?

Having driven the car, I suspect the ride is too firm for Elite anyway.

What direction do you want to go with the suspension?

Ok, perfect sense. :y

In that case, we need someone with access to Epc.

Don't take this as gospel but in the past I have found that when the coil springs snap it has pointed to a problem with the shock absorbers!
