Probably not ex plod as only CD spec and also just a 2.5 engine...

Just looks like your usual 2.5 cd in white, sunroof optional on cd model, its got no headlight washers so has no xenons, all 98 onwards police omegas had xenons, also heated seat switces etc, police certainly dont use 2.5s either.
