Heard from the agent this morning that the vendor will agree if we pay another £500  no problems with that we expected at least £3000 so the ball is in motion , few weeks of tribulation but we are away for several days now the missus has retired so just going to chill.Oh and by the way it's got a south facing garden.😎
Congrats, and hope the rest goes through smoothly :y

Thanks for that much appreciated , it's a lovely house that's been neglected nothing major we reckon about £15,000 will bring it up to scratch.

First bit of paperwork arrived today , got to say the estate agents have been on the ball so far with all parties concerned , even the female solicitor I spoke with seemed very pleasant, but as we all know it's early days yet.

Hope the house goes well, but the fact that the solicitor is a woman is irrelevant  >:(

Yep, she'll still go on holiday the day before exchange leaving all the paperwork locked in her safe. ::)

I hope it all goes well for you!

We are just starting down that road, with the house (probably) going on the market the first week in June.
