Checking ebay now... :y
Try Andyc for a quote, at worse you can decide not to.

You need cam cover gasket and 8 o rings per side, and black sealant (some dealers may try to give you green, which is wrong.

I can't drive at the moment, so may not be able to come in for a couple of days, but will be on IM if you want to chat :y

Might do that, as I think its idle that knocks mine out TBH.

I occasionally get trim fault codes, but never enough to bring light on (25% IIRC brings on light, 20% stores code)

Yep 25% brings the light on. Yours is doing better than mine did on 2.5 nozzles. I had hunting, grumpy starts, and trim codes galore, with almost guaranteed light on in 3 days of a code clear.

Finally got my years ticket, after changing the centre tie bar and swapping the new steering idler from Vauxhall parts warehouse for one from my breaker - because it was in very good condition and local dealers didnt have one in stock.
VXpartswarehouse have promised a full refund and have removed their ebay listing until they can get some more Lemforder stock, since I informed them that my two day old idler had produced an MOT advisory.

Changed the droplinks.

Is it something I am missing, but I couldn't get a socket on the top nut, not enough clearance between the suspension strut and the bodywork. Had to use a spanner instead.

I might have to get some of those. :)

How would you go about tightening to the correct torque if there isn't room for the torque wrench?

fitted the shades to all rear windows after waiting over a month for them but well pleased fit a treat, makes the whole car look more agressive at a fraction of the cost of tinting. :y
