last night it was in the garden till 3am singing and shouting. tonight they came in at 1 shouting in the street and slamming doors. fighout the back with bloke next door but one has just done 2 of them, 1 race off in his car with his face smashed up and a broken nose. the other one run off down the rd. sister is gonna phone the housing Monday and report her as its every weeken. we shall  have them up at 7am with music and the garden strimmer

can't have no more as I've been in constant pain all week where they did my spine. now having 6 monthly pain relief injections so will be totally fit for work when i go back hopefully after my court sentencing next Friday. gettin a bit sick of the way everything has gone the last yr at that hospital.  they wonder why I've had a frigging breakdown.

Had my first proper night out yesterday for 6months and found it very difficult to keep up. admitidly   i started out at 1pm but by 10.30 i had to sneak off and go home.  the lager in the bar must be the worse I've ever had in my life. so 4hrs of double archers took its toll. i think i was the oldest one there so had more chance of pulling a hernia than a bit of tottie. guess its time to put away the espredrills and the farah trousers and start going to bingo or drink in the legion with the coffin dodgers. welcome to stmo's world

just had my first session at hospital. 2 of the needles hurt like break when they hit the muscle but was a very nice feeling. apparently im a gonna be stiff in the morning.
Anyone else had this done??  how beneficial is it as i have  5 more sessions

cars off the rd but i have been starting it every few days to keep battery from going flat, havent done it for a week so now flat. should i charge and keep it charged in the car or take it off and put it in house till ready to use car again. should be back on rd by end of jan hopefully
