Joking aside, I'd imagine the East side - Cowley etc - would likely be cheaper. Travel links into centre is OK (public transport). Cars are discouraged in Oxford.

Bicester to Oxford in rush hour is a bit grim, although they have improved the A34 roundabout above the M40.

He's decided to commute from shrewsbury each day till Friday now. my day started at 5am and I've just got home after a 12 hr shift and im shattered. he's gonna feel that after a day of travelling.

Rooms in Marston are cheap enough :y Buses run from the shops there and are frequent enough :y

Only downside is; if Blackbird Leys is central Beruit, Marston is the posh bit...



...of Beruit :'( Probably the worst 6 months of my meagre existence thus far :-\
