Lost brake fluid to passenger front caliper

Hi all has any one come across this before rest of system is working you can take brake pipe of caliper or out of rubber flex pipe pressurise system no brake fluid not even a drip
Does this sound like ABS unit gone down as i have no fault felated codes

Are you getting brake fluid out when you disconect the pipe and push the brake pedal down at abs end or caliper end?

Hi no brake fluid whether you push foot on brake or pressurise system with auto bleeder pipe is disconected from flexy pipe under wheel arch

Slaken the brake pipe off at the ABS modulator end and repeat the test
