you have to have owned it for 12 months from when the logbook was changed. Hope this helps

10 months ago i paid £500 for my 2001 mv6 estate good nick did have no mot or tax though but passed strait away oh and milage is now 235000k (but got a vauxhall reciept for 4k, late 04 had new engine)
