Anyone know what time the collect to?  Machinemart have arranged collection for today, but still no man with a van.

Never used to be after 14:30 in order to get the US next day/am freight to the nearest air hub :-\

Not good, I hope you can get the delivery charge back at least....
It's to collect something that's never worked, and I've spent the last 2 or 3 months jumping through all the hoops they through out to get them to repair it.
