Do you know of one around you? perhaps best to say "Yes , a mate uses one down the road" !! ;D

I am fairly sure I used one in the city near us. A chap said you can get cheap diesel from this place. It looked like a bus depot . No prices on any pump, big queues but quick service. Pay cash or by card. Price was about 15% cheaper than normal. I have looked for it since but it has never been open.

Assuming one of your mates has used such a place, how much cheaper is the fuel in the UK?

Not cheap enough, Mr Varche.

Without having to pay tax and VAT, they should be knocking it out for about 80p a litre. :y

Then I'd be interested. :y
Plenty of farmers in Lincs who'd let you have some red diesel, surely?

True......but the MV6 runs on the 'other stuff'..... ;D.......Like any all proper cars should. ::) ::) ::) ;)

The mind boggles. ;D ;D

I came home late last night after dropping off a male friend at about 0030.

As usual I went to the lift, pushed the call button and noticed it was on the fourth floor.  So I waited for it to travel down, all the time noticing a man's voice was becoming louder.

The lift arrived, and what happened next; well!! :o :o :o :o :o

The lift doors opened and immediately I caught site of male buttocks in the lift's mirror.  The door then fully opened, and standing there was a well built man on a mobile phone, stark bollock naked!! ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D

Well, let's say I never noticed what footwear he was wearing, if any!  He just said "Shit", covering his jewels with his left hand, and still holding his phone with the other!  He seemed very uncertain as what to do next - poor man - so I ordered him out of the lift saying "let me go up please", and making him pass me as he said "So sorry dear!!"  ::) ::) ::) ::);D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D

It is the best thrill I have had for - well a long time!! ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D

A wonderful moment for free! ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D

STMO?.......rumours abound, Lizzie. ::) ::) ;)

EMD - You are right about Roger Budden, in fact I might sort out the small blemishes and do a Roger Budden.

Cheers Del, will do some research over the weekend  :)

Omega General Help / Re: cambelt/tensioner costs?
« on: 30 May 2013, 19:00:00 »
apologies for not responding sooner guys. Its a 2.5V6 , but its certainly not something I could do myself so just asking what the ballpark cost should be in your opinion to have the cambelt/tensioner done. Cheers

I had mine done at a Vx dealer.

A hefty £360 from memory.........but that did include the waterpump, too.

They originally quoted me something close to £500......but I pleaded poverty. :y

EDIT.......Sorry. Actually it came to £330.........£369.95 including the M.O.T. :y :y :y
