Clear pass.....
« on: 11 September 2018, 09:01:47 »

.....and no advisories! Sod's Law would have it that on tne pre-MOT warm-up run, the EML light came on. Roadside diagnostic said No Codes Found, so I'm puzzled, but the MOT man didn't comment on it, so happy days! :y :y :y 8) 8)

Well done. I thought an EML was a fail with the new MOT rules.

Which reminds me... New post-cat Lambda sensor required here. :(

That's what Forum wisdom has it, Kevin, but this chap was Old School and probably didn't update himself? He was thorough though and inspected the undersides, etc., and the poor Omega had a good vibro-massage with those shaker plates - not seen them used before! :o

I expect something to break with the shaker plates they use here in Spain. I wonder how they tell your top mounts are shot from the inspection pit?

Good result though for you. :y

Thank you all for your kind words - feels good!
I promise to take care of her, and hope for a similar result next year.
We ought to have a "fingers crossed" pictogram.....
