I think he picked his 'target' Had the 'offence' been by someone the size of Jason I suspect he'd had pedalled on down the road.

Obviously plenty of room when she passed and when she turned in to the junction. If it was too narrow he should taken the primary (central) position. Gives us a bad name cocks like this one.
