No! Red is a primary colour along with Blue and Yellow. ALL other colours are derived from these.

Black and White are ,arguably, not colours at all.

Nope .. red is mixed with other colours to make brown .. actually it is not "other" colours .. it is green which is made from blue and yellow ... so  all three primary colours (Red, Blue, Yellow) are mixed in various percentages to make brown.... just like every other colour that is not a primary colour ...

Looks like 78L burgundy red to me. But could be that new shade of silver
