A clip a youth showed me from America was more interesting.

The bloke got out of his auto car and filmed himself ( from a phone cradle or similar) dancing away on the street while the cars in motion. Some bloke with dubious morals jumped in his ride and sped off ;D

A fitting reward for his dance effort then ;D As for the little girl not only has she been allowed/encouraged to dance in the road along side a moving vehicle she was allowed/ encouraged to alight from said vehicle whilst it was in motion.The fact that the vehicle was only moving slowly throughout and the road was apparently very quiet with regard to other moving traffic is irrelevant surely?The "responsible adult"[I use the term very loosely]should be had up on as many charges as can be made to stick!

There's quite a few "Fails" of this craze - jumping out, the car self locking, not being able to get back in.. jumping out, dancing alongside and dancing straight into a telegraph pole, etc ;D
