Strangely enough the reason I’m after some as I’m currently building up a bit of a new parts collection as the car is going to him for a bit of an overhaul :y

If your going down that route, then 3.2 manifolds, be a good fitment.

True but that’s a whole lot more than I wanna do tbh  :-\ I figured as the rocker covers would be coming off to replace all the gaskets as they are leaking and cam belt/auxiliary belt would be being done at the same time I thought maybe slipping in a couple of G cams wouldn’t take much longer

As the later manifolds make a noticeable, although small, improvement to a stock 3.0l they should be included to get the best out of any other changes. Getting rid of the SAI makes servicing the car easier, and I bet its filter is soaked which adds a bit more weight reduction ;D

Don't 3.0l already have G cams?

4 X G Cams, Widened Throttle Bodies and a Remap (Re Chip, Coutenaey or SuperChip) all work well together on the 3.0.

Can't vouch for the 3.2 Downpipes as never got around to that one, but a Free,Dr Flowing Exhaust System (doesn't need to be loud) also works well with the above.

If you get stuck on the Cams probably got a set kicking around but please use me as an last resort as just got too much crap going on at the moment and probably won't have a chance to search for them this side of Xmas.

Hi Chris, hope you’re well mate! I’m pretty sure the 3.0 has G cams on the inlet side already, I’d  just be looking to do the swap on the exhaust side... A possible remap as well but like most things I only really want to do the basics  :D

Car will be going into Serek at SOS Automotive to have all the work done in the next couple of weeks hopefully so if you do come across the cams then gimme a shout matey!
