I 'helped' Mark DTM do ....

Driver side rear wheel bearing - went much better than last time
new rear disks & Pads
Handbrake service - must be the day for it..

And Adjusted the servotronic steering from medium to minimum assistance.

Huge thanks Mark, much appreciated  :y

TB adjusted mine the other way a while back, seemed oddly stiff before, now seems comparable to most omegas I've driven. Strange.  :-/

(sits back and awaits "girly button" and "man up" comments  :P )
Can't remember how yours was set, but seem to recall adjusting to medium setting?

I take it you're happy with that, as its only a 30s job if you wanted to try another?

Left the omega and caravan at home and took the corsa wife and son camping in bakewell .
Put to much stuff in and worn some of the plastic trim over back wheels.
Think will stick to the the omega and caravan.

Then spent £228 on 2 new tyres

Seems absolutely fine. Only thing is as you said, it tends to weave slightly on motorways, although that seems to have gone too now. Its on Medium setting btw.

Ideally I'd like to sort out why it was stiff in the first place, but that's way down the list of priorities.
Happy as is tbh. If it ain't broke.... :y

Oil change as well - isn't is so much easier when the previous time was DIY and you don't need a breaker bar to get the thing off?

Is this on the black one?

IIRC, we might have set it to min. assist when we swapped over the NCDCs. I might be wrong, though. :-/

Yep Black one, part of diagnosing at that time... Or did we just check what it was set to?  :-/

Iirc you offered to set it to medium, but I declined hoping to find an issue. Which I didn't. Seems normal on medium(TB set to medium about a month ago), even though that's abnormal. So to speak... :) :-X

1. Fitted the Elite drivers seat in my car - all working fine. :)
2. Tried the Bose h/u in my car - nothing  :(
3. Tried my h/u in the breaker - nothing.  :(
4.Put my h/u back in my car and now the lower half of the display (radio station/ CD track etc.) is blank and the clock is stuck on 00.00. :'(
5. Drove to work (gently) and achieved 31.2 mpg (on the MID) which is by far the best Ive ever seen. Must have set everything up nicely when I did the cambelt change. New air filter probably helped too. :)

have faith in the key in the door, it will unlock before the key breaks ...... honest  ::) and the lock pin doesn't lift. If all else fails, you can get in via the boot & either flip the seats forward - you can manipulate the seat button from the boot (did it on my fully dead locked, de-locked Senator) or connect 12 volts up to the boot light - don't short it out though.  ::) :y :y :y
