No dash warning lights
« on: 14 December 2016, 15:22:01 »

Hi all
I am sitting at home recovering after my hospital operation with not much to do , so thought I would try & investigate & hopefully help Swordfish .

His 2.6 cut out & refuses to start , he has his own thread on this , but the main point to investigate firstly, as suggested by TB,  is that there are no warning lights on dash when turning on ignition . Engine turns over , headlights/indicators all work , but not starting.

Question is where is the best place to start looking & fault finding as to get the ignition lights back working . Is there a fuse dedicated to this ?,

Could it be one of the fused links in the under bonnet relay/ECU box ?

Could it be ECU failure ?     any pointers  greatly received   TIA   Al    :y
