Well...after I decided that Omega was perfect, project done....compressor gave up this afternoon...started rattling as hell, blowing warm...clutch engages and disengages normally....
I ordered new compressor and now I need to know two things:
1. How much lubricating oil should be in new compressor

2. Part number for 2 dowty washers that go between AC compressor and cooling lines

New compressor will arrive in two days, replacing it won't be a problem, but I can't find where to buy those 2 dowty washers.

She's finally home. New Sachs shocks and Kilen springs fitted, new cills, new rear panels, she's repainted completely from bumper to bumper.

All it needs now is boot lip spoiler, that should be fitted next week.

Paintjob was done on friday and she is beautifull. I'll post pics when all the work is done, at least a week more I think. Bellow are two pics of all the goodies to replace, already waiting in the boot

Yes, HD for the rear ones, I agree. If both kids are on the back seat, Omega sits quite low.

Hi guys, my omega is in for rust repair which will take a while. I went to see the work in progress today and found front right shock is leaking.
I would like to replace all four of them and while I'm there fit new springs too.

I would like to keep stock height and not to harsh ride. I like the comfy way omegas drive, so I don't need lowering springs and and some sporty shocks. I'm getting to old for that

Any recomedations for parts and manufacturer is appreciated.
