I'm quite happy with my SKY+ box, but they keep contacting me to 'upgrade' to SKY Q

I was, but after hearing the benefits, I changed to Sky Q

Can record 3 channels at the same time  - so they told me.
Search facillies are better. etc.

If you lose the remote you can press a button on the box and the remote will buzz.  (used that facility a few times)

A lot better box all round. :y

It never belongs to us as the old boxes did.
Cant use the old box as a 2nd unit  so I was told.

I got it dor £20 a month so no complaints from me. :y
I have trouble finding one channel that's worth watching, never mind recording.
Search facilities? Easy, even on sky+ box
I don't lose my remote and, if I do, I have two more  ;D

I gave up on having use of the remote years back .....

it's either on the couch next to her or stuffed down the cushion next to her.  :-X

There aren't many people of a certain age who haven't had a Rover at some stage of their life.

I've never had a Rover or wanted a more recent Rover & am probably around your threshold 'certain age'  :) .....

the only Rover I'd consider would be a P5b Coupe  ;)
You're one of the 'aren't many' then.
;D

I was a bit of a boozer in my youth, but rarely drink these days unless I go out. ::)

Can't cope with the hangovers any more.  :-X

So you now just go out 30 times a month ....  ::)

That was a traditional Jaguar styling idea. Look at a mkX, mk2, 420G or E-type

Are they not one and the same?

Effectively yes ....  :y Beautiful car!

Obviously, when of a certain age before Daisy Duke became the reason to watch, all my mates an I wanted the General Lee.  Then we simultaneously hit the age that Miss Duke mattered and discovered that yankee muscle cars are universally shite ;D

but they look & sound good  :y :y

Frank Cannon drove a Lincoln Continental. Could you be tempted? :D :D ;)

I can't find a 2 door car like Frank's but how about a 4 door 'sedan'?  ;D

Just don’t use it to dip Aluminium in, unless you want to dissolve the Aluminium.  ::)  ;D

When I worked at Hall's sweets I was after a big tub to soak something or other in caustic, we had a load of plastic tubs but I could only find an ally tub so used that.  ::) I filled the workshop with acrid fumes!  :-[
