Grand voyager
« on: 09 February 2013, 18:41:59 »

Evening I thought I would ask here before I spend ours trawling through the internet. I have just picked up a chrysler grand voyager with a wheel chair access ramp conversion. The problem I have found is that the the ramp will not go down. according to the manual from the people that did the conversion its a one button process. you press the button and the passenger door opens and the air suspension lowers and then the ramp folds down. when pressing the button you here nothing from the door or from the ramp motor. all the other doors open as there should on the button. I would say it was a relay or a fuse but after looking around the car I can see lots of fuses and relays but nothing in the paperwork tells me which one does what. Any idea please.

Unfortunately It's likely to be a case of either contacting the converters or tracing it. If you aren't good with electrickery then an Auto-Spark should be able to trace it out, but it may be pricey ::)
