My 2002 Elite has neither the rain sening wipers or the timed interval control - just fixed period intermittent wipe.
2.6 elite doesn't have it ey!?!

2003 DTi Elite estate has rain sensing. (works well!  :y )
2001 DTi CD estate is fixed but i'm ahead of TD in the Omega estate variable adjustment wiper arm featuring MID control queue  :P

Or maybe the intermittent wiper control parts bin didn't get refilled as it should when the cars where built and the lineworkers just grabbed and fitted the next one available! :D
