Fitted a set of cam covers that I liberated from a scrapper a few weeks ago, which were nice and straight compared to my old ones!  ::)  So hopefully cured the oil leak!  :)

Collected refurbished wheels  8)

Just got to afford the tyres for them now!!!
I slapped a pair of RT's on the wheels due for the back of the Bullet, just need to strike up the enthusiasm to fit the wheels ;D

Adjusted the bonnet cable on one and the door catches on another.

Gave the superior truck an oil and filter change,played around with setting the lpg fuel gauge,which hopefully works now lol ;D
Also loaded up with tools for a weekend of work at parents  >:(

Spent two hours trying to get the air filter box to sit right on the Manta and adjustment is still needed

yippee! managed to change a couple bulbs which is good for me, got deal off hukd 10 indicator orange bulbs for £2.00 including delivery very cheap :)

Replaced cam cover gasket with genuine G.M. gasket and no more oil leaks at rear of the engine...magic. :y :y

Forgot to say, last weekend I actually managed to wheelspin the Battlebus in the pissing rain.  I've been trying for months, and first time I've managed it ;D

So the performance issue isn't a mechanical one, simply that it needs new tyres as the slicks are too sticky in the dry, and not sticky enough in the drizzle ;D
