omega lowering spring help

does anyone know what these part numbers 100491 20/09 and 100492 30/09 are...as got some lowering springs for the omega but don't know what make they are..was told they were spax but don't think they are,as can't find the numbers to match them or any other spring....want to get rid but would be good to know what they are......
