Also looks like we have got to get planning permission  >:(

Lastly, not sure if the plans for a larger one can go ahead, as thats dependent on us both agreeing to it, and paying the extra, and there lays a snag.  Not sure if I'm diasppointed of not  :-\

Sadly just not viable to get the required width to make a lift work. So, not gonna happen, never was

Sadly just not viable to get the required width to make a lift work. So, not gonna happen, never was

Somebody please explain why planning is needed to re build a previously existing structure...?

Although, if planning is needed, may as well apply for a bigger structure. Then decide if you go that big or not...?

Surely you could have extended the previous garage with a flat roof anyway...? No ? :-\

no idea about the legal requirements for a bigger garage but a few more feet may not cost very different ..
 
in case there are other parameters that stop you :-\
