What about the annual Welland Steam Rally, just outside of Upton-upon-Severn. Although you can't work on vehicles, they have a good massive campsite with good facilities, though no electric hook-ups.
It's a great 3-day event, conveniently situated, and with plenty to interest all the family. Go to www.wellandsteamrally.co.uk for more details. I'll be there!

Newent had the facilities, and we managed to do most jobs that didn't involve lifting.  Probably more 'family friendly', as you know what wives/girlfriends are like with toilets etc.

Admittedly a little more money, but many will want the extra facilities....

Just my 2p...

Is that the one somewhere in south wales ;D ;D ;D ;D, sounds good, if it dont clash with any of my planned weekend trips i would love to meet some of you guys.
