But has anyone else seen the footage of the two muppets who robbed a travel agents[I think]and then lost most if not all their loot when the wind blew it all up the street as they were legging it?

No, but I do recall when a pair of Darwinian rejects robbed Boots, took photos of their exploits - and put the film in to the same branch for developing!
Their arrest made a very funny news story.  ;D :y
