An upside down sink bowl would do. Think I'll patent that, wash your dishes, empty the bowl and dry, take upstairs and use to correct your dumping position. :y

Actually, I may get one of those.  Although with my condition I don't have any problem getting stuff out (quite the opposite in fact) but I can imagine that cr@pping while that tendon constricts the bowel and could cause damage/piles/leaky gut.
