Quite some time since I took this test. I think at work (late 80's?) it was packaged as "Belbin".

I have changed slightly since those heady days and am now ESFP-A perhaps explaining why I like posting jokes though I would say it is just sharing. ;D. I remember that Virgin (under Richard Branson) only used to interview managers who were in one of the 16 categories. That saved his managers ending up being all different types and thus the organisation was more successful.
