Quite some time since I took this test. I think at work (late 80's?) it was packaged as "Belbin".
I have changed slightly since those heady days and am now ESFP-A perhaps explaining why I like posting jokes though I would say it is just sharing. . I remember that Virgin (under Richard Branson) only used to interview managers who were in one of the 16 categories. That saved his managers ending up being all different types and thus the organisation was more successful.

Actually, its normally deemed that same personality types in many of the categories clash, and do not work well together.
I had to do a lot of research on this, after being forced to do an enhanced version of this when my old boss and I were clearly not having a productive working relationship, and had to learn a new way of dealing with the ****. I might have mentioned he was a ****. Still, had the last laugh, after years of supposed underperformance (despite being the one doing the majority of all work, and all the non standard stuff), my only appraisal since moving to a new team got me top marks in this year's appraisal.
