2.2 auto gearbox

Hi chaps long run with no problems
But have an auto gearbox issue when I stop quick and pull of quick straight after I get a big thud  from gearbox if I stop quick and give it a few seconds it is fine apart from that it is running fine

That sounds to me like a low fluid level,there is a howto in the maintenance guides to check the level :y

I would concur, it does sound like low fluid, and its sucking air when inertia moves the ATF around.
